Features - 3D View and models
The models displayed in the 3D View have optimized loading time once they are downloaded (recently the loading time was reduced from 40 seconds to maximum 5 seconds by means of tool and algorithm optimization). 3DCar is a flexible system which allows easy implementation of new models, thus reducing the costs on the software part. Also, we permanently work on finding means to improve the appearance of the models while keeping system requirements low.
The 3D View allows users to orbit around the car (not only around the Z axis) and to zoom in/out by using the mouse (or pen/finger for touch-screens).
